Lisa earned a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2001. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting on the Eastside for the past 20 years. She has worked with numerous spine, shoulder, knee, ankle and hip pathologies. She excels in post-op rehab and has a specialty of treating adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. She has training in North American Institute of Manual Therapy, muscle energy, functional mobilization, PNF, strain-counterstrain, and various other manually and biomechanically focused treatment paradigms. While her professional practice has included a wide array
of experiences, she is most delighted by the opportunity to instruct, empower and inspire her patients along their rehab journey. Education is a vital component to health and Lisa straight-forwardly imparts a working knowledge of her patient’s specific dysfunction and the plan to address that. In addition to treating the issue at hand, she steps back, listens, and considers other factors of life that are potentially contributoryYou as a patient know you are heard and valued. 
When she is isn’t at work, you will most likely find her on local hiking trails. She is an avid year-round hiker and is blessed to live in such a beautiful area. She is also active in her local church, outreach projects, and has traveled to Bulgaria several times fighting against human sex trafficking.

Evaluation and treatment for post operative protocols and subsequent conditions that arise such as pitting edema, scar formation, loss of range of motion, and strengthening. 

Orthopedic Manual Therapy

Evaluation and treatment of orthopedic musculoskeletal dysfunctions and disorders for Pre-hab, return to sport and activity, loss of range of motion, and strengthening. Lisa is also adept at assisting patients in their self-care of orthopedic conditions to enhance their return to play and life
